A few minutes ago Gaza-based Activist, Researcher and Journalist, Issam Adwan, joined me to discuss the events of yesterday that led to the killings of 10 people, including a 5 year old girl, a 23 year old woman and a senior member of Islamic Jihad.He outlines the reasons for this escalation in the besieged area and why the Israeli elections mean this could continue into the days ahead. Issam tells me about how this has made issues to food, water, electricity and other basic needs – that were already difficult – almost impossible for many citizens.
