A previous guest, solicitor Fred Logue, referred to the new Planning Bill as the ‘greatest act of self-harm the Irish state has ever imposed in itself’. Our guest today, Environmental Law expert and advocate, Attract Uí Bhroin thinks it is much worse than that.
