232. Rob’s Story – Married 9 Years, Working Full Time… Yet We are Now Homeless

In this Reboot Republic, Rory talks to Rob Barrett, who tells the story of how him and his wife, have been made homeless as the place they were renting is being sold. They cannot find anywhere. Rob tells their story of the housing crisis, as Rob explains, he is trying to humanise the crisis which has become dehumanised.
He feels that there are two different Irelands, those living the housing crisis, and others. He wants to tell their story so that others dont feel alone, there are people out there going through the same, and to highlight the personal toll of the crisis.
