Example: EU Apartment Stock in Urban Areas is 40%, Dublin is 35.8%. Hardly the disaster painted weekly in many newspapers. He also discusses the problems with the new Land Development Agency Bill and how the policies are putting home ownership out of the reach of the very people the Minister is saying he wants to help.
