Kerry explains how she sees homelessness changing in Ireland over her 15 years with De Paul. Interestingly as De Paul has homeless services in Northern Ireland and the Republic, they can provide a comparison of two different homeless crises. She speaks passionately about housing first, its success in maintaining former homeless in long term secure homes, the value for money of this approach and her own motivational values and those of De Paul.
